• Serendipity is a well-made and equipped Canadian sports cruiser and benefits from being fitted with a new engine in 2015 which has only done 80hrs.
• Access is gained via the port side transom door in to the large, sociable cockpit.
• There is ample seating for 7 adults. (Engine access beneath aft seating).
• To aft port side features a wet bar with sink.(Fridge not working).
• There is a large L seating Stb/aft and a large port side seating too.
• The helm is Stb side and has a lovely swivel helm seat. This allows the seat to be utilised for socialising too.
• The dashboard is well laid out and has a nice sporty feel to it.
• Access to the bow is via the Walk-thru curved tempered glass screen.
• Access to the cabin is through the centre sliding door.
• You then step down into the main cabin. This is nice and light due to the light walls and having three deck hatches.
• Serendipity has a very practical cabin.
• The galley is port side and is a linear design. Fitted with a single electric/alcohol hob, microwave, Corian work surface with moulded sink. New fridge, high- and low-level storage.
• Opposite is the shower/toilet compartment. It has a manual sea toilet to holding tank, shower, hand basin with hot and cold water, storage and opening port hole.
• Next is the dinette. This is off set which provide more internal space.
• Fwd is the fixed double berth. It has a deck hatch above, two reading lights and storage beneath.
• Moving aft. You have the under-cockpit cabin. This has a large double bed with lockers on the Stb side and a recessed storage space and a port hole. It also has a full width mirror which makes it feel very spacious.
• Serendipity is a very tidy boat and would make an excellent first family boat. Early viewing is recommended.
