PROJECT BOAT

• Access is via either side into the centre cockpit.
• The helm is Portside with Stb side navigator seat.
• Engines are below the cockpit floor.
• Aft is a full width bench seat which has a door leading into the aft cabin.
• The aft cabin has two single berths and vanity unit fitted with a hand basin with hot and cold water.
• Moving back through the centre cockpit, you then step down into the main cabin.
• Port side is the toilet compartment fitted with a manual sea toilet, hand basin with hot and cold water.
• Opposite is the galley.
• Fitted with a Plastimo two ring LPG cooker, grill and oven. Sink with hot and cold mixer tap and storage.
• Then there is the is Stb side bench seat which is also a single berth and with stowage beneath.
• Opposite is the dinette. This converts to a double berth with stowage beneath.
• Fwd is a single berth.

Work carried out during current owners ownership.

• Both props refurbished
• 'P' brakets bored and lined
• Rope cutters fitted
• Rudder seals replaced
• Engines serviced and mounted on new anti-vibration units
• Fuel lines replaced
• Sea toilet replaced
• Domestic water pump replaced

Equipment

Navigation lights, Depth sounder, Speed log, Fish finder, VHF(DSC), Auto pilot. NONE HAVE BEEN TESTED. 240v Shore support.

Decks

Anchor, Anchor chain, Electric windlass, Fenders, Warps, Stainless steel pulpit, side and grab rails.
