Chiquita is a lovely boat and a credit to her owners. She’s a well presented boat.

• Early viewing is strongly recommended.
• Access is gained via the port side transom door into the aft cockpit were there’s a full width bench seat.
• Port side access to the fly bridge via the ladder. The fly bridge has ample seating and a central upper helm station.
• You then enter the light and airy saloon via the sliding doors.
• All of the saloon upholstery and carpets were replaced in 2021.
• On the Stb side is a large sofa which converts to a double by pulling the two-person, port side sofa into the infill. This then provides you with a total of six berths.
• The helm is stb side and is nicely laid out and uncluttered. No navigation equipment is being listed as it’s the original and untested.
• You then step down and the galley and sleeping area. The galley is located on the port side. It’s fitted with a three ring LPG hob, oven with grill, new microwave oven and large fridge. There are two stainless steel sink with mixer tap.
• Stb side is the guest cabin. This has two single berths with stowage beneath. A joint bedside cabinet. A good size wardrobe, eye level lockers, reading lights and two opening portholes.
• Opposite is the shower and toilet compartment. This is fitted with a hand basin with mixer tap, large mirror, ample surface space and storage, shaver point and an electric toilet to holding tank.
• There is a Jack and Jill door through to the primary cabin.
• The primary cabin has the popular central island bed, wardrobe, eye level storage and vanity unit with large mirror. Reading lights and opening port holes.
• Thanks to the light materials used in Chiquita, she really does have a spacious feel to her.
